And so summer vacation starts. Hard to believe that the school year is over even harder to imagine the long summer ahead of us. Haha. Now I know why my mom looked forward to fall every year. The kids are enjoying their extra time on the wii up before the crack of dawn and if they could they would play all day non stop. I snapped this picture of Zach and he was upset that he was still in his underwear. I am hoping it will teach him to get dressed in the morning but doubt it. So the second picture they have clothes on. Jacob is always willing to pose for the camara but where there is a game involved Zach can't be dragged away.
The Murray city fire dept showed up to Zach's school on thur and the teachers locked all of the kids outside and they were hosed down. It looked like a lot of fun the kids were running and screaming. I guess they do it every year and he is already talking about it happening next year. Jacob will be in the same school as Zach next year and he is worried that he will get wet. Zach was soaked. It looked like a good time for all and especially the parents and teachers watching. Jacob was accepted into the same school as Zach so I really looking forward to back and forth between only one school. And they will both finally be in all day. Time to celebrate.
Craig and I are going to Seattle tomorrow for a few days just the two of us. No kids. Kind of a late anniversary trip. Neither one of us has ever been before and we have a friend there who is going to show us around so it should be a good time. We are also going to take a day and swing through Forks. Can't get that close and not take a look right? Maybe we will get bitten and come back creatures of the night.
